A wonderful moment from our tour in Pakistan. During our performance at the National Academy of Performing Arts in Karachi (NAPA) (05/03/20), and because a veteran of the classical music scene in #Pakistan, tabla master #UstadBashirKhan was present, a spontaneous and improvised 'jugul bundi' (call and response) was arranged between Ustad #ShahbazHussain (Tabla), Ustad #NafeesAhmad (sitar) and the aforementioned Ustad Bashir Khan. It was a 'Teentaal' duet between the 2 tabla maestro's with Nafees
